- Size: Standard sizes available with load capacities ranging from 1 ton to 15 tons. Tailored trucks available supporting loads of up to 60 tons.
- Hooks: Choose either an over-hook or a C-hook to suit your specific load
- Chains: Chains can be supported or unsupported, with supported chains enabling an unlimited stroke distance and greater capacity
- Chain orientation: Chains can be configured to be either shoulders-up or shoulders-down depending on the requirements of your specific press operations
- Guides: E-guides and T-guides are used to guide the chain and allow unlimited stroke. T-guides have a smaller profile and lower maximum thrust power than E-guides. In configurations without chain guides, the maximum force depends on the stroke distance, chain size, and whether the chain is configured shoulders up or shoulders down.
Note: Higher force/load systems can be custom engineered for any application. The highest force available will come from a system using multiple synchronized RollBeam Units, with E-Guides and J90 chain.
