Horizontal Push / Pull Movement

SERAPID's proprietary Rigid Chain Technology is the optimal solution for horizontal load transfer, moving heavy loads up to 160 kN with equal force and telescoping functionality. The SERAPID RollBeam and LinearBeam  products use Rigid Chain Technology built into to custom designed systems, incorporating motors to drive the chain and magazines to compactly store the chain when not in use. Custom Die Handling Cart (up to 40t)

SERAPID offers multiple solutions for the handling of dies and optimization of press automation. In addition to the standard GPO Die Handling Cart, SERAPID bespoke Die Carts and Die Trucks are able to handle higher weights limits up to 60 Tons. By leveraging electro-mechanical actuators and Rigid Chain Technology, this system ensures precise and safe transportation of dies and tools, offering an environmentally responsible alternative to traditional hydraulic systems.
