We are looking for a Project Manager M/F based at our site in Martin Eglise (76).
Job description
Reporting to the EMEA Project Director, this person will be in charge of managing Serapid's "complex projects" for the Eurasia region.
The life cycle of a project is initiated during the response phase to the call for tenders and continues after the order is taken through the start-up, development, manufacturing and then testing and delivery/installation phases.
Main missions
• Contribute to the feasibility analyses of the responses to the call for tenders (preliminary project)
• Be responsible for the mutual respect of the commitments between SERAPID and the client, represent the client internally
and Serapid at the client's
site • Coordinate internal teams (non-dedicated) to achieve planning, cost
and performance objectives while ensuring the satisfaction of the end
customer • Animate the action plans necessary for the realization of projects
• Responsible for contractual relations with customers and the management of customer or internal evolutions
Candidate Profile
• Engineering degree, notions in mechanics, automation and hydraulics
• 5 to 10 years of experience in project management or in several business lines
• Autonomous and adaptable
• Contributor to change (methods, organization,... )
• Leadership
• Ability to listen and synthesize, organize and take initiative
• Willing to take charge of carrying out certain activities in support of the professions
Desired Skills
• Fluency in English (TOEIC > 850) imperative, German appreciated
• Theoretical and practical knowledge in general mechanics and rotating machines, mechanical welding,
machining, hydraulics, electromechanics, automation
