We are looking for an R&D Technician based at our site in Martin Eglise (76).
Job description
Reporting hierarchically to the Product Director of SERAPID France, you will be responsible for managing tests and technical documentation of new SERAPID products.
Main Missions
• Write the protocols and test operating procedures
• Define the equipment necessary to carry out the tests
• Study the implementation of the products in the test benches and design
the necessary
mechanical adaptations • Carry out the assembly of the products in the test benches, make
the connections (hydraulics, pneumatics, instrumentation, etc.)
• Set up loading and safety
conditions • Plan, carry out, monitor and analyze tests (photos, videos, measurements)
• Write test
reports • Participate punctually in subcontracted tests in external
laboratories • Ensure the maintenance of test equipment/means (control, diagnosis, repair)
• Using SolidWorks, compose the technical part of the assembly and
maintenance instructions for new products (exploded views, assembly and maintenance instructions, etc.)
• Verify, after graphic layout by the marketing department, the technical consistency of the instructions
• Interact with the various departments to centralize technical and regulatory information
• Participate in the improvement of equipment/test facilities (performance and ergonomics)
• Maintain the test area in order (inventory, identification, storage, etc.)
Candidate Profile
You have a baccalaureate and/or a Bac +2, a minimum of 4 years of experience in the industrial sector. You have the skills and interpersonal skills listed below:

• SolidWorks, SolidWorks Composer
• Excel, Word, MS Project
• Good writing skills in French
• Intermediate oral/written English

Remuneration / Position
• Permanent contract (based on 35 hours per week).
