ELECTRICAL ENGINEER / TECHNICIAN (Dieppe, FR)

SERAPID, based near Dieppe, designs and markets a range of lifting or load translation systems for industry and theatre. Present in France but also internationally, with a constantly evolving turnover achieved at more than 85% from exports, it brings together a team of 90 employees in France, 150 worldwide.
We are looking for an electrotechnical design office technician / automation engineer based at our site in Martin Eglise (76).

Job description

Attached to the SERAPID FRANCE Operations Department and in permanent collaboration with its line manager of the Electricity/Automation/Fluids department of SERAPID France, you will be in charge of the following main activities:

• Take into account customer specifications and specifications
• Perform functional analyses
• Define the architectures of special
machines • Design electrical
diagrams • Develop standard and safety PLC programs
• Develop control screens (HMI)
• Integrate, parameterize and commission axes (MOTION)
• Carry out input/output controls and power up in collaboration
• Write instructions for the use of automated equipment
• Commission, make machine tests and train in the workshop and on customer sites

Profile

With a Bac +2 (or higher) education, you have at least 2 years' experience in a company.
A mastery of office tools is essential.

Desired Skills

• Creation of electrical diagrams using SEE Electrical Expert
• Automation/motion/safety programming using TIA Portal all versions, Machine Expert, ....
• Writing skills (intervention report, customer/supplier email, etc.)
• Ability to adapt and learn
• Ability to perform wiring, basic mechanical and fluidic work
• Autonomy
• Quality of communication: colleagues, suppliers and customer
• Priority
management • Compliance with current standards
• Preferred English practice
• Mobility in France and abroad (occasionally)

Remuneration / Position

• Permanent contract
• Full-time contract (based on 35 hours per week)
• Fixed remuneration according to experience
