SERAPID’s response to Coronavirus (COVID-19)
To our clients, partners, and global business community,
The COVID19 pandemic has impacted the health and safety of individuals around the world. As we find ourselves in these unprecedented times, our top priority is to protect the health and well-being of our team members, our customers, and the communities in which we live.
With that in mind, we are following the guidelines of the World Health Organization and have suspended all business travel and face-to-face meetings, moving to remote working arrangements for our team/employees where possible, and adopted ‘safe health behavior’ in our factories and offices.
In parallel, we have activated our business continuity plan. We have shifted to online communication with our clients, specifiers and key suppliers. Our supply chain of critical components has been secured and is being monitored daily. Our engineering, manufacturing and all critical departments are practically at full strength.
Overall, we are continuing to fill orders and work on new projects with little-to-no interruption.
Of course, the situation is evolving dynamically with its social, health and business implications. Our global leadership team is meeting daily to monitor and adapt our continuity plan as needed.
