Push-pull system for a quick die change system

Installation of a PPS - Push Pull System for a subsidiary of Benteler, the German automotive equipment manufacturer, on the Migennes production site specialising in the production of structural parts (hot punching) and in ground link modules.

Fitted with 2 SERAPID Rollbeams this PPS makes it possible to load and unload 15 tonne dies into and from the press while positioning them quickly and accurately. It contributes to the reduction of the hazards related to traditional die change methods by completely removing the operator from the press hazard zone and reducing the risk of damaging the tools during handling. SERAPID quick die change solutions make it possible to optimise production while maintaining maximum safety.
