Horizontal transfer on the Maserati production line

In its search for a clean and reliable solution, OLCI Engineering chose the SERAPID solution for its client Maserati's production lines. The simple rigid chain mechanics make it a robust push/pull system which is specially suited to the high repetition of the automobile industry.

SERAPID supplied 12 LinearBeams for the Modena Maserati works plating plant. The SERAPID telescopic mechanical jack provides jolt-free linear movements and requires very little maintenance compared to traditional hydraulic solutions. Rigid chain technology is clean and environmentally friendly (no pressurised oil, therefore no leakage and no used oil recycling).
