Serapid, Inc, a leader in stage, orchestra and piano lifts is proud to sponsor several theatre programs during 2009.

The first program is the third annual United States Institute for Theatre and Technology (USITT) Design Competition for Architectural and Theatre Students. The competition brings students together to act as the client and designer in order to achieve the “Ideal Theatre.” Winners will be chosen during the Annual USITT Stage Expo March 19-21 in Cincinnati.

The second program is part of the Roadhouse Rules Professional Development Series at Michigan State University, and features a lighting program with the master lighting designers from Disney’s The Lion King. This program takes place March 27-29 at the Wharton Center at Michigan State University.
