Serapid’s Bob Adams to Speak at STLE 2012 Annual Meeting & Exhibition
STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich. (February 20, 2012) – Robert C. Adams, Jr. PhD, PE, Engineering Manager and Chief Engineer of Serapid USA, will be a featured speaker at the STLE 2012 Annual Meeting & Exhibition in St. Louis, Missouri, May 6 - 10, 2012.
The Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers (STLE), based in Park Ridge, IL, is an international technical society that provides ongoing education and training focusing on the advancement of the science and practice of tribology and lubrication engineering. Mr. Adams will be presenting on two topics; the Limitations of PV Tests in Plane Bearing Material Evaluation and Wide Spectrum Wear Tests and Wear Model for Plane Bearing Materials. Bob is an expert in tribology, and holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Oakland University. His more than twenty five years of engineering experience includes many years in the research and development of material handling processes.
