The LSGH clamp consists of two T-profiled bars facing one another. The lower bar is installed in a T-slot on the bolster, and the upper bar engages with an opposite T-slot on the die. This bar has rollers on the top. When it is in the unclamped and in the lifted position, it serves as a roller bar to move the die in and out. The working position lies entirely inside the bolster and die, the LSGH allows clamping of dies across the entire depth of the bolster. It is especially useful with dies that overhang or cover the entire bolster.

The LSHP clamp consists of two T-profiled bars facing one another. The lower bar is installed in a T-slot on the bolster, and the upper bar engages with an opposite T-slot on the die. The upper face of this bar serves as a rolling path when the clamp is in the open and lifted position. The die moves on special GP 45 rollers. As the working position lies entirely inside the bolster and die, the LSHP allows clamping of dies across the full depth of the bolster. It is especially useful with dies that cover or overhang the bolster.

The BCM is especially suited for dies with a flat edge. It is manually inserted in a T-slot in the press bolster or ram. The clamping lever is tightened mechanically by a package of spring washers, maintaining the clamping force without support from any external supply. Unclamping is done hydraulically, with a hand pump or any other source that provides the required pressure. The clamping height is fixed in manufacturing according to your specifications.

The BLH is especially suited for dies with a flat edge. It is permanently fixed on the press bolster or ram or manually inserted in a T-slot. The clamping lever is tightened hydraulically and opened by two pull-back springs when the pressure is released. Thanks to its low profile, the BLH can be used where there is little space.

PSH C Clamp

The PSH is especially suited for dies with a flat edge. Mounted on a T-profiled base, it forms a bracket device, which is inserted manually into a slot on the bolster or die. Alternatively, the clamp head alone can be mounted permanently in the press, facilitating automated die change. For clamping the piston is moved out hydraulically, gripping the die at its edge. The clamp is opened by returning the piston with a spring. The clamping height can be individually configured through the height of the base piece or using a custom-sized spacer.
